Installing the new DAZ, dont know what this laptop can accomplish but I will give it a try.

Not on here much now, difficulties finding a job has just about killed my enthusiasm. Sold my pc and other stuff to pay my bills and stopped my subscription hete too.

Ordered a new pc with some of the proceeds from my flat sale....I'll be back!

Hopefully you have a good Nvidia GTX card (or better), with Cuda enabled, because you will need that to use Octane efficiently. AMD or ATI cards with OpenGL don't work with it, but I'm sure you know that.
